I have been in the fitness industry for many years and it has been my dream to be a personal trainer. I run obstacle marathons as well as other marathons. I have 13 medals to date. I got first place in my age category in the mud hero in 2016.
 
I have to say I am addicted to marathon runs and working out. My goal is to help people live a healthy life and I am always upgrading my courses. Presently, I am taking my nutrition, tactical training, bodybuilding courses. 

I have competed in 2 shows in the figure category. I would like to help older women to be fit & healthy. Just because you are older, doesn't mean you can't be fit. The feeling you get after a workout is amazing! And the more you start seeing results, the more you want to train. Eating clean is also a key factor to your success.
